Effective quality control
XN-L Check is a control material designed specifically for the Sysmex XN-L Series haematology analysers. It enables thorough check of the analysers’ technical functions and reagent system, for your peace of mind. Barcoded vials enable automated measurement in the sampler mode of XN-550.
A safe material for easy use
XN-L Check is available in three different concentrations: XN-L Check Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. It provides assay data for all diagnostic parameters, including CBC parameters, WBC differential count, immature granulocytes, and reticulocytes.
Furthermore, this encompasses the complete spectrum of reticulocyte maturation, spanning early stages to mature red blood cells, which also incorporates reticulocyte haemoglobin equivalent (RET-He). This ensures consistent oversight of all measurement channels, and it is tested according to the highest safety standards to ensure safety of use.

| Assay and technical data | Assay data is provided as assay - mean and assay range in electronic format and pdf including barcodes for every parameter for each lot and level of XN-L Check. XN-L Check is stored at 2-8°C before and after opening. The period of use is 12 weeks per lot, with an open vial stability of 15 days if stored at 2 - 8 °C. The volume is 3.0 mL per vial. |
